If an employer posts a microjob and decides to cancel it before any submissions are made, or if a job expires without completion, the remaining allocated budget is automatically refunded back to the employer's platform wallet balance.

If you request a withdrawal and it gets rejected or fails due to incorrect account details provided by the user:

The requested withdrawal amount will be fully reversed and credited back to your platform wallet balance within 24-48 hours.

If an account is permanently banned due to violation of our Terms of Service (such as multi-accounting, VPN/proxy usage, or submitting fake proofs), all remaining wallet balances (earnings or deposits) will be forfeited permanently with no right to a refund.
